As engineering professionals, we did not receive guidance in the form of a formal leadership development program when we were promoted to take on leadership roles. Learning on your own can be good. However, the leadership journey can be accelerated through guidance and 1 on 1 coaching by experienced leaders. This is the basis of our leadership development program. It’s goal is to enable successful leadership journey for engineering professionals. This is achieved through a combination of practical tips and techniques, workshops as well as hands on application of tools to real work situations. This model of theory and practice has proven to deliver immediate results for engineering professionals career growth and for their organizations’ business goals.
